We require a 48-hour notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If a request to reschedule or cancel an appointment occurs less than 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost (before discounts) will be charged to the card on file. Deposits will be applied toward the 50% fee. Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled 48-hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee.
